 While working for a VIP client of mine, she mentioned she had a photoshoot at the weekend and wanted to have a few days detox before hand. Immediately I thought of the lovely Charlotte Archer, as I knew she'd be able to provide not only healthy, but also delicious soups, that I knew my client would love.  It is not just what we put into our body, but what we do with it and our attitude, that makes up a healthy person. So no matter what goodness you put into your body, if other aspects of your life are not good and balanced, you will not be healthy and your optimal self. 

It is possible to have an overweight healthy eater!

Stress of modern day life affects the body just as much, if not more so, than food. So it's all very well eating healthily, but all that goodness is wasted if everything else around you is not. This is what sets Health Coaching apart from Nutrition, we focus not just on food but lifestyle too.

Whilst at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) I have studied over 100 dietary theories, as well as studying positive lifestyle management.

If you choose to work with me as your health coach, not only will we work together to create the perfect food plan that suits you, but we will work out the best lifestyle for you. Addressing all the unbalances, whether this be exercises, relationships, finances, career, spirituality. Together we will talk and I will support you through all these decisions you yourself decide to make. 
When you are told not to eat something or told things you 'should be doing', most people either crave what is 'banned' or become slightly obsessive, both of which are unhealthy. However, if you come to the decision yourself, it seems easier, you are in control. With the coaching as well as my nutrition programme we will talk things through and make gradual and manageable changes that will be easy to incorporate and maintain for your long term health.

On this journey together you should 

  • feel you have more energy
  • have better sleeping patterns
  • learn to listen to what your body's needs and be able to adapt your diet and lifestyle accordingly
  • have clearer and more glowing skin
  • become a lot more positive and calm in mind as well as body

  • rather than 'masking' any problems, getting to the root and understanding the cause for them so they do not happen again
