After completing the year Diploma course at Prue Leith's School of Food and Wine in 2006, I got a job cooking at the residence of an Ambassador. Over 8 years cooking for this lovely family, I have had the opportunity to cook for some fascinating and extremely high profile guests. Ranging from royalty, ambassadors, businessmen, supermodels and fellow chefs. The functions I have catered for varied from lunches, dinners, receptions and good home cooking!
Along side my catering I teaching the Leith's Introductory Certificate of Food and Wine at a few schools in the south west. My journey into cooking started with this course when I was at school, before going onto do the diploma in London. I love the fact that I am passing on all the skills this incredible institute has taught me to others and seeing where their culinary journey takes them.
I also judge and co-ordinator for The Great Taste Awards.
After 9 years living and working in London as a chef, I decided in 2015 to leave the hustle and bustle and move back to the country, Nr Bruton in Somerset.
I approach all my catering and teaching with professionalism and enthusiasm. Every event, client, pupil and dish is different, that's what makes it so exciting.
