Charlotte was lovely to work with and I hardly knew she was in my kitchen which was spotless when she left. She has a very good team working with her who were extremely polite and efficient. Kate, Somerset I had a 3 hr cookery lesson with Charlotte. She arrived with a basket of wonderful ingredients and was very efficient and organised (and very smart in her white chefs jacket!) I made a delicious three course meal which i had decided on before the lesson. Charlotte stood next to me and explained what to do in a very calm and helpful way. They had asked Charlotte to come and come for 14 of us which she did in the most stunningly efficient and delicious way.
