Private cooking classes


Many people want to learn more about food and cooking but due to modern day life it can often be hard and expensive to find a convenient and reasonably-priced course, not to mention one that teaches you things you already know and uses equipment you actually own!
With my private cooking classes all those problems are gone! I come to your home, at a time that is convenient for you. We create dishes together that you wish to learn and use your equipment to ensure you will always be able to recreate our creations!

Each class is  £300 plus ingredients and travel. Each class is approx. 3 hrs.  

Before the class we shall discuss the types of cooking you wish to learn and any specific dishes you want to do. Be it some new home-cooked dishes for the family, impressive dinner party dishes, fish cooking, vegetarian ideas, desserts- the choice is yours. After discussing particular loves and hates, I will send you a list of options that you might enjoy and to choose from. In the class we will cover 3 dish's, depending on your choices.

Demonstrations

​These demonstrations are a more affordable version of my private cooking classes except I will be doing the cooking, not you!

Perfect for a group who wish to learn a few fresh ideas or always wish they knew certain skills. I will come to one of the groups houses and demonstrate 3 dishes over a 2 1/2 - 3 hrs period. We will go over the recipes together, I will answer any questions and concerns you might have and after you get to sit and enjoy the dishes you have been shown. A demonstrative lunch or dinner party, if you like!

We will discuss a theme or specific dishes, dietary requirements before the demo, to ensure all are happy.

£85 per person minimum of 4 people per demo

​Please note some dishes, if requested, such as Beef Wellington will be an additional cost.
